AGILE COLD STORAGE

GAINESVILLE, GA

FREEZ Construction delivered the insulated metal panel (IMP) installation for Agile Cold Storage’s 116,000 SF automated storage and retrieval system (ASRS) expansion in Gainesville, Georgia.

With a 135-foot-tall structure, just 20 feet of clearance from the existing building, and operating temperatures of -10°F, this project called for precision from start to finish.

One of the standout features? Our FREEZ custom stack joint detail. Designed in-house, this innovative solution delivers a thermally tight seal with proven zero-leak performance. Despite the challenges, our crew delivered ahead of schedule and exceeded expectations.
