WHAT PANEL MANUFACTURER DO YOU USE?
Typically 4-6 weeks. However, if you want custom colors or require a thicker gauge panel, expect lead times to be more than 10 to 12 weeks.

Not at the moment. But to clarify scopes, our work stops at the underside of the metal decking. On exterior projects, we cut and cap the IMP with a 20ga cap. From there, the roofer handles the rest of the scope above the metal decking in addition to the vapor barrier tie-in.
