As Employee #1, Luke believed in what Vince and Jenna were building early and has helped turn that vision into the thermal operation it is today.
Now Vice President of Thermal, Luke brings more than 20 years of controlled-environment construction experience and the kind of technical knowledge that only comes from actually doing the work. He knows thermal construction from the details in the drawings to the realities in the field, and he's built a reputation for finding solutions when a project gets complicated.
Over the years, he’s helped shape how FREEZ approaches thermal work, from execution to client relationships to the critical details that determine how buildings perform. His strength is knowing when to dig in, when to bring the right people together, and when to step back to ensure the solution works in the real world—not just on paper.
We're careful about saying nothing surprises him anymore...construction has a way of taking that personally.
