Before we were known as the FREEZ squad, we were friends.

Most of The Squad has known each other since before high school—more than 20 years of friendship, shared history, questionable decisions, and learning how to finish each other’s jokes.

Think Entourage, but with fewer spotlights and more frostbite.

That chemistry shows up in how we work. We’re energetic, honest, relentlessly hardworking, and serious about delivering for our clients—without taking ourselves too seriously.

We know our craft. We trust each other. And we genuinely enjoy building great projects with great people.
